Hamura Otsutsuki's descendant, once sent his puppet army to attack Hyuuga Hinata. He thought the world created by the Sage of the Six Paths is a failure, and intended to awaken the Tenseigan, controlling meteor crashes to destroy earth. After being defeated by Naruto, he learnt Hamura's true intention and returned to the moon.
